CRAIG DENSHAM
Craig was born in England, and graduated from DeMontfort University in Leicester, England with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Shortly after graduating he moved to Florida, USA, and has lived in Tampa/Clearwater for the past 23 years. During his time in Clearwater he spent a great deal of time writing software for the Health care industry and investing in the real estate market.
Craig has been involved in the real estate market for more than 25 years, which included long term property rentals and short term vacation rentals.
RISA SCUTELLARO
Risa was born in Long Island, New York and moved to Florida at the age of 10. She considers herself a Floridian even though she was not born in Florida. She graduated with a BA Degree from University of Central Florida (Go Knights) and eventually moved back to the Tampa Bay area to start on her career path. For the past 30 years she has been in the electronics industry in various roles as well as owning her own business. She is looking forward to her new career in hospitality at Ocean Breeze Beach Resort.
HOW DID WE GET HERE
Risa and I traveled to Belize several years ago and rented a car to drive throughout the country. We immediately fell in love with Placencia Village and decided to retire from office work, move to Placencia and build a resort. So here we are, hoping to make your vacation a special one.
